Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If the shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin – RTO), it will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are applicable only for prepaid orders.

Cancellation Criteria

StatRootIndia reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact information provided by the customer.
• Incorrect product price or specification displayed on StatRootIndia.com due to a technical error.
• Product becomes unavailable or goes out of stock.
• Delivery location falls under a non-serviceable area of our courier partners.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment.
