Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged during transit.
- The product received is defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
- Required parts or accessories are missing.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), and tags must be included.
- A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation must be provided.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received damaged or defective:
- Clearance or sale items.
- Consumable products.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Hygiene or personal care items (if opened or used).
- Products specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.
How to Request a Return

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Returning the Product
Once your return request is approved:
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and the purchase invoice.
- Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Please do not ship any product without receiving return authorization from StatRootIndia.
Inspection & Replacement
After receiving the returned product, our quality inspection team will inspect it within 5–7 business days.
If the product is found to be defective or damaged due to manufacturing or transit issues, we will:
- Replace the product (subject to stock availability), or
- Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
If the returned product does not meet our return eligibility criteria, it may be shipped back to the customer.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and approved by our quality inspection team.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Estimated refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
- UPI: 3–7 business days
- Net Banking: 7–14 business days
- Wallet Payments: 3–7 business days
The exact time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under our Return Policy after delivery.

- StatRootIndia reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
- Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds and replacements are subject to successful verification by our quality inspection team.
