Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after successful payment confirmation. We do not offer same-day dispatch. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping: We deliver across India.

International Shipping: International shipping may be available for selected countries. Please contact our support team before placing an international order to confirm availability and shipping charges.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.
• Delivery to certain remote or inaccessible locations may not be possible.
• A signature may be required upon delivery, especially for high-value orders.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@statrootindia.com. Kindly include your order number along with clear photographs of the packaging and damaged product.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait up to 48 hours, as courier tracking may take some time to update. If the package is still missing, contact us within 14 days of the shipping date.
